OUR STORY
Established in November 2014, South Stables Coffee House was opened to the public.
Proprietor, Jennifer Bartelt, had always dreamed of one day opening her own coffee house. Inspired by other coffee establishments throughout Ontario, and traveling, Jennifer created an environment surrounded by local art, music, great food, and of course, excellent coffee. Come and try one of our exquisite espresso based drinks, created by a team of trained, professional baristas. Why not stop by for lunch with a friend? At South Stables Coffee House, we have something for everyone.

We offer an assortment of espresso based drinks. Come try an americano, macchiato, cappuccino, latte, and many more to choose from.
We offer 4 types of roasts on a daily basis. Breakfast Blend (light), St. Lawrence Fair Trade Organic (medium), Continental Dark (dark), or Decaf.
Our hot chocolate is made with Jersey Milk Hot Chocolate, topped with whipped cream, chocolate. We have almond or soy milk as a substitute for our 2% milk.
We post our #DOTD (drink of the day) on Facebook and Instagram daily for our customers. Let us know your favourite latte and we will feature it!
We bake fresh goodies every morning! Come and try out one for yourself, you won't regret it!
We offer free wifi to our customers, come and work, or study. People are more productive in a coffee house anyways, right?
Our espresso (and coffee beans), come from Rufino Espresso & Classic Gourmet Coffee Roasters located in Concord, Ontario.
Our tea comes from DETOUR (Burlington, Ontario), choose from 9 different selections. We offer black, green, and herbal teas.
